Book Review - Crazy, Undercover, Love by Nikki Moore

ABOUT THE BOOK

Uber-feisty career girl Charley Caswell-Wright travels to Barcelona for a weekend assignment as PA to the gorgeous Alex Demetrio, CEO of Demetrio International.

But she's there under entirely false pretenses: to get her life back on track. Having lost the job she worked so hard to earn, she’s determined not to give it up so easily, especially when she didn’t deserve to lose it in the first place.

Mr Dreamy CEO is her only chance of clawing back her career – and her reputation. So she has to keep things strictly professional… boy, is she in trouble

REVIEW

This was a fun read and a nice change of pace from the typical dominate male romance that are popular right now.

This book started out a little slow, but really hit its stride a few chapters in. Charlie is frustrating, keeping her secret for so long and as a reader knowing she is just making things worse by doing so, however she is also very likable and relatable. After a while, I really started to feel sorry for Alex who was clearly under Charlie’s spell against his will.

I’d recommend this book for anyone who likes a good romance and doesn’t mind a conflict based on secrets.

OVERALL RATING - 5 STARS!
MATURITY RATING - 18+ a little steamy
