ABOUT THE BOOK

Meet the men of Oxford magazine! In the first captivating spin-off of Lauren Layne’s Sex, Love & Stiletto series, a not-so-friendly battle of the sexes turns into a scorching office romance.

Hotshot sports editor Cole Sharpe has been freelancing for Oxford for years, so when he hears about a staff position opening up, he figures he’s got the inside track. Then his boss drops a bombshell: Cole has competition. Female competition, in the form of a fresh-faced tomboy who can hang with the dudes—and write circles around them, too. Cole usually likes his women flirty and curvy, but he takes a special interest in his skinny, sassy rival, if only to keep an eye on her. And soon, he can’t take his eyes off her.

Penelope Pope knows all too well that she comes off as just one of the guys. Since she’s learned that wanting more usually leads to disappointment, Penelope’s resigned to sitting on the sidelines when it comes to love. So why does Cole make her want to get back in the g…

ABOUT THE BOOK

Growing up, Elli Eversol spent nearly every summer in Sand Dollar Cove at her grandparents’ beach house, working at their shops on the old fishing pier. After a hurricane and a Nor’easter damage the pier and the shops nearly beyond repair, Elli returns to town to help rebuild. She even launches the Buy-A-Board campaign to raise funds for the plight. Holden Moore is back in Sand Dollar Cove, too. He broke Elli’s heart years ago, but he’s pulling every Romeo trick in the book to win her back now. Yet there’s more to Holden’s agenda, and it doesn’t include saving the pier.

Brody Rankin is eager to scout the location for his company’s new mega-warehouse near a quaint North Carolina beach town. The online request for handyman assistance for the Buy-A-Board campaign in Sand Dollar Cove gives him the perfect reason to head to the east coast, check out the area, and contribute to a good cause. He’d only have to leave half of his playboy-surfer lifestyle behind for a little while…

Book Review - Perfectly Equipped by Lacey Silks

ABOUT THE BOOK
I'm a widowed mother. I'm not looking for love, but I guess my best friend thinks it's time to find some man-candy.
Her words, not mine.
And she's way more adventurous than me.
So when she takes me on a vacation to a nudist resort, that's the last place I expect to find the man of my dreams. A perfectly equipped man who takes my breath away and makes me forget about my secrets.
His name is Sean and he had me the moment I saw his crotch.

REVIEW
This is a very short prequil that left me wanting to find out what happens with April and Sean.  The story is sexy and given that it is a short story, it is low on plot, but still enough to make me want to read the next book.

OVERALL RATING - 4 STARS!
MATURITY RATING - 18+ VERY steamy

Now it’s two years later, and when Alyssa meets her hot new neighbor, Harrison Kemp, she begins to think the right time is right now…
