Book Review - The Wedding Date Bargain by Mira Lyn Kelly

ABOUT THE BOOK

When Sarah Cole finds herself in Chicago with two months to kill before her New York promotion goes through, she decides it’s time to take care of a few things—like the inconvenient issue of her virginity. Sarah knows the right guy for the job too: Max, the notorious lady’s man she’s been crushing on since college.
Max Brandt is all for a fling, just not with Sarah. She’s way too good for him. He walked away from her once, but it wasn’t easy.
Things are different now, and the plan is so simple. There’s no way either of them would do something as silly as fall in love…

REVIEW

Myra Lynn Kelly is one of those authors that if one of her books is on my TBR list I know I can pick-up and will easily get sucked into.  The Wedding Date Bargain was no exception.  I totally fell for Sarah and Max as a couple and the whole group of friends and really didn't want the book to end.  This was definitely one of those times where I wished this was the second book in an established ten book series, but who am I kidding, I'd be through that in two weeks easily and still have the end of series blues times ten.  My point is that the story is great but the characters are amazing and I highly recommend this book.  I actually did immediately text my friend and tell her she needed to read the first one and then immediately move on to this one, which I typically do not do.

OVERALL RATING - 5 STARS!
MATURITY RATING - 18+ a little steamy

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mira Lyn Kelly grew up in the Chicago area and earned her degree in Fine Arts from Loyola University. She met the love of her life while studying abroad in Rome, Italy, only to discover he'd been living right around the corner from her for the previous two years. Having spent her twenties working and playing in the Windy City, she's now settled with her husband in rural Minnesota where their four beautiful children provide an excess of action, adventure, and entertainment.

With writing as her passion and inspiration striking at the darnedest times, Mira can always be found with a notebook at the ready. (More than once she's been caught by the neighbors, covered in grass clippings, scribbling away atop the compost container!)

When she isn't reading, writing, or running to keep up with the kids, she loves watching movies, blabbing with the girls, and cooking with her husband and friends.
