REVIEW

 This Bachelor Tower book is a bit different than the others because A) We don't really get to see INSIDE Bachelor Towers and B) The Hero isn't a jerk to begin with.  Okay, well not all the heroes in this series have been jerks that needed to be redeemed, but the series certainly started that way.  I loved Savannah and Brice and how natural it felt for Brice to want to take care of Savannah.  While at times he did have some near stalker like tendencies his motives always felt genuine and sincere.  While we were often told that he was a player, he never felt that way at all to me.


I know many people read romance for their book boyfriends, and Brice is a great book boyfriend, but Savannah is a great book Best Friend.  She is quirky (her words) and fun.  Innocent but still has lived a hard life.  Her natural charm and ability to get everyone to like her effortlessly is something I think we all strive for which make her a true "girl next door."

Ruth Cardello was born the youngest of 11 children in a small city in northern Rhode Island. She spent her young adult years moving as far away as she could from her large extended family. She lived in Boston, Paris, Orlando, New York--then came full circle and moved back to New England. She now happily lives one town over from the one she was born in. She was an educator for 20 years, the last 11 as a kindergarten teacher.
